What's Included
- These 3D floor plans are designed to resemble your community’s layouts. You choose between two pre-determined sets of coloration and finishes to flooring, cabinetry, counter top materials, and appliance finishes.
- Designer, pre-selected finishes will be shown in our Light finish or Dark finish palette and the corresponding furniture collections.
- Unlimited revision rounds based on editable options of Standard 3D plans until approval.*
- We provide web-ready, high-resolution files as well as print-ready, ultra-high resolution 5,000+ pixel PDF files with transparent backgrounds. Images have a lifetime use license to the original purchaser.

* Revisions include changes to floorplan architecture only. Revisions to furniture collection, including models, colors, and materials, will incur an additional fee. Any revisions required after approval will incur an additional fee. If no new revisions have been received for 30 days the submitted plans are considered approved and final and will be billed at that time. Subsequent edits after this time are subject to additional fees.
