* Revisions include changes to floorplan architecture, position of furniture, color of appliances, and flooring/countertop/cabinet materials. Revisions to furniture collection, including models, colors, and materials, will incur an additional fee. Any revisions required after approval will incur an additional fee. If no new revisions have been received for 30 days the submitted plans are considered approved and final and will be billed at that time. Subsequent edits after this time are subject to additional fees.
